Pretty sure its a flat 100% bonus, plus 40% per group member.
Former bloob here, moved to red and love it. Pvp just makes sense in an rp environment. Much more immersive imo.
If you try it, embrace the pvp. Paladin? Kill those that worship evil gods. Troll? Eat halflings!
