Thulack, for normal people, raiding on p99 is not an option.
Petitionquest/forumquest as an endgame raid scene is not appealing to many because Everquest isnt a way of life, it is a game. That doesnt work well with the raid scene here.
There is no other option but epicemu for normal people at the moment and that sucks.
