Nah, Nizzar only got two strikes before he was out. The training and other crap he did were only time outs, not bans. I don't think Gaffin is getting the cast treatment so he can re-roll.
What bothers me Nirgon is that you are defending a 7 time criminal. If you and Holocaust want whats good for the server you should let this go. He is just going to steal and strip again. If he didnt learn his lesson the first 7 times what makes you think he won't do it again?
