about 250 mr is about 90% resist chance on fear
level hardly matters
MR > levels
should be 60 anyhow tho...
use some bards get 400+ mr and be at like 99% chance to resist
dont have MR gear? take over seb get jacs and diamonds only takes a week to gear an entire raid
