I agree with the OP's original intent, thank you Rogean and co. It was fun, and some guildies/friends got pretty lucky. I got extremely UNlucky, but whatever. There were a lot of people just holding onto a mob for a friend (which was fine) for a few minutes, but then when they let go, someone else would hold the body all the way until it rotted. One friend got like 5 pieces of cryosilk, but then I got to 6 different bodies that someone was trying to hold for me, and 4 of them ended up rotting. If someone else got them, that's fair play, but having them just rot was pretty dickish. Thanks!
In any case, that's not the GM's fault, and even having GM events on a free server is awesome. I'm now participated in 1 more GM event then I ever did on live, which was 0 as they were unplayable or didn't happen on our server unless it was one of the big story ones that everyone got.
