Just get home from work and decide to log in to p99red to grind some levels and do some pvp. Oh look they added exp loss to pvp deaths but its only 3% so it shouldnt be that bad. You find a group or go solo for a bit and run into a twink. You say hello and ask them if they wanna group they decide to kill you and look at that you lose 3% exp but thats not too bad you can get that back in a kill or two. You run back to your corpse go to loot it and that twink kills you again. So you run back and on they way to get your corpse some guy sees you naked running and decides to kill you.
As it is now this happens regularly without exp loss. So a person can just log and do whatever. But you throw in exp loss and this person is more likely to quit and never come back.
Tl;dr I would vote yes but having seen the kinds of people that play here I voted no.
