Shouldn't be MR immune until Luclin. (Edit: it's currently not "MR immune" but the MR is too high to land slow. Slow and other 0 mod MR spells should land)

pretty sure he's not slowable anymore, used to be but after shaman slow got disease counters (so sont couldn't dispel it) they changed him.
