Default FV spell hand-in quest
I have handed in 10 or so of the spells needed for the hand in quest. One of two things happen. 1) I get nothing for the hand in at all (this happens sometimes after I have handed in other spells); 2) All I get is one spell Call of Karana.

This happened at 6:40 pm CST give or take a few mintues.

It seems this quest is broken somehow.

This should have the Quest issues heading too.
