First thing to do is get what you know about mmos out of your head. EverQuest classic is not your hand holding walk you through everything type of game.
You need some think skin, dont think its the end of the word when you die a couple times on corpse recovery.
There isnt a chain of quests to get you from 1 - 50, quests can be hard to find infact. You need to actually speak to NPC's and respond in a way that will progress the chat "no hitting continue / accept"
Just get out there kill some large rats/bats/snakes/skels and welcome to the community!!
Oh and level 3 sucks for int casters!!! ;-(
