Netted gloves are magic, they drop off Frogloks. If you're a Qeynos monk, there's a spawn of 3 Frogloks in the aquaducts, not far from the bank pool zone in.
[edit] Don't overlook magic items for your feet either - you don't want to be wasting your kick damage. Save up and get a pair of Wu's gloves and slippers.
