Unless the price has dropped in the very recent weeks, or you happen to get a lucky price, a more accurate bet at getting a EBM would be over 200, closer to 300.
I use two of them at level 20, and am loving it. I am at 14 stones heavy though, so it's true that I can't carry much loot or coin.
