They have free reign to shit on the server because you wont punish them when they are caught red handed. Somehow Derubael convinces you to show mercy on the guilds that have train-wrecked the server since their creation. I don't know what evidence they are black-mailing you with but the best policy is just to come clean and let it all come to fruition.
