Instead of suspending them for weeks, on something that only affected each other and not the bulk of server how about transfer them to red to serve the suspensions? Eh? Eh? Maybe they'll like it and stay or at the least they get to hash it out and come back civilized.
Best case, stream of IB/TMO being forced to work together against red baddies trying to flex. /dance.
