I played rz and twinks that ganked you or group was common, in fact hostility was so common not grouping at all was not exactly unheard of. This server has a handful of low twinks, but its not really as bad as you say, i have lved 3 characters through cb now and even with the pvp it is quick. From there you can go to mm and unrest, which has even lv twinks because the lazy twinks won't lv past 10. Past mm there really are no pk twinks until 50, some of us make 10 lvs in a day there so you could be out of there pretty soon
