TBH I work at a computer store as the hardware specialist/engineer :P so software is not my strong suit :P, its out of the program files... its actually in the C:\Games and it wont work... should I just throw it in the c:\ directly?

Again make sure you delete the DLL you downloaded from internet. You can move directly to C:\ or make your own folder on C:\ or another drive. I would suspect the reason computer tells you file is in use is because the virus software has quarantined the file. Anti-virus software routinely flags these types of files. You need to disable the software or find the file and exempt it in the quarantine list of the anti-virus.
