Pretty much everything is, and always has been, situational.
If I have two players, one who has been caught training 10 times, and one who got pissed and screwed up for the first time, the first guy is going to sit out for a while or maybe even get banned. The second guy is probably going to get 7 days tops.Same thing with language. If gyno starts spamming the n-bomb in ooc, he's not going to get a warning. If some guy lets one slip when referring to his friend using slang, they'll probably get a warning.
This isn't a mind-blowing concept. If you can't rely on the CSR staffs judgement in this regard I don't know why you'd play with overlords you don't trust.
