That behavior isnt surprising. Doesn't Stasis make a bunch of retarded choices within only his ethical boundaries even when they are often completely outside of and conflict with the longstanding, well defined rules?
Or even their own guild leader laying COTH trains on Nihilum in VP as if that was somehow legal or untraceable?
The point being that some of their core members use any means possible to get an edge in fights, even if it's illegal.
