If something like #2 gains support from the Staff and Class C, I am curious about the possibility of having the earthquakes actually be 'coded in naturally' as something that would make #2 more appetizing to the C class.
Having to depend on big R as the sole trigger of the quakes is probably a big reason that would cause instant dismissal of such a policy change, however if the earthquakes could be automated to be 2-4 times a month as promised or Sirken/Deru could be given the 'power to hit the switch' then I think Class C and the Staff would look at #2 very closely as it completely rids the server of the need to sock in the manner that guilds currently conduct themselves for the FFA pops.
