i don't think dragon charm even gives a "begins to cast a spell" message on p99, similar to how dragon aoe's don't give a message

the first two could be up for debate whether or not i'm in range, but the third and forth ones show i'm meleeing the dragons and get charmed with absolutely no message; it's possible that in the hoshkar log from live, hoshkar is casting a different spell before he charms/melees/aoes?
