Ive had this for over as year, but less than 2 years. Gave up on trying to figure this crap out and just went ahead and bit the bullet and got into d3. Its an inferior game, but hey it works like a charm.
I still try and log in once in a while. but most character selection attempts get booted to login screen. this issue most likely will never get solved. there is nothing the user can do to correct it.
