Make sure Paladin has maxed faction with Priests of Life and Deepwater Knights, else Brother Hayle and Reklon Gnallen will "eat" turn-ins.
Also, Keeper of the Tombs is BY FAR the hardest part of the epic. That guy is WAY DEEP in The Hole, and getting to him requires a full raid force.

If Yael's not in the way and you can manage the jump without dying it's possible to one-group Keeper, even when the server's being DDOS'd and you can't actually get people into group.
