Based on this thread, it is very obvious that you are a social person. You gain self worth by improving others. You are the type of person that can't understand why a player would be rejected a group simply because of their class
and that is completely ok!
Many other people gain satisfaction through efficiency. It is how their brain works. They strive for maximum output at everything they do. They are not concerned with social customs. They are the kind of player that can't understand why someone would create a suboptimal race/class combination
and that is completely ok as well.
However, in neither situation is the player an asshole. They simply play the game for different reasons, because they are different people.
