Am I the only one that cares about other people getting exp almost as much as my own? If I wanted to reach max level super fast on my own initiative, I'd play a solo class or any other MMORPG. To me, Everquest is much less individualistic. Most classes need each other to progress, and during the times we don't need each other, we should make an effort to at least help each other.

I was in a CoM group as a ranger with a cleric, and 4 epic'd rogues. One rogue left and I replaced him with an iksar shadowknight that had been LFG for quite a bit. Everyone started groaning and getting pissed, I'm 90% sure they probably even talked about a mutiny, but when the SK arrived the experience rate did not change at all. That SK invited me into plenty of groups in the future even when they were doing fine. I still got to level 60 eventually. People need to chill out.

It sickens me that people would rather see another human being sitting on their ass LFG and bored rather than share a negligible amount progress.
