Did some parses.

Stuns were 2 secs.

If you were already stunned, it did not restart the timer.

100% hits were crippling blows using mighty strike, while berzerk.

All crippling blows caused stuns.

So you can run, soon as unstunned, if you get out of there before another crippling blow hits.

I bet stun in general, should not extend the timer with a new incoming stun while stunned. Stun locked = dumb. Will try to test pve too.
