I doubt that the stun would've been shorter or longer than a typical bash stun. Also, just as not all bashes on Live stunned, it doesn't seem likely that every crippling blow did.
So the way I see it (absent any testing on Live), you have two options:
- assume that crippling blow on Live was simply a special case of bash (i.e., an attack with a percentage chance to stun, in which case it stunned for 2 seconds) and emulate this behavior.
- make it a guaranteed chance to stun but with a minimal duration.
I feel that the former would be more "classic" but the latter would be better for PvP.

I am thinking live testing is what i will do. Pretty sure I have access to a 55 warrior on one of my friends accounts. Will try to get on and do a bit of testing tonight or tomorrow.
