That is unsure - I was too far away to get a soandso begins to cast message but I had a FG rooted at the castle gate and was fighting a FG at the bottom of the ramp. Just happened to be casting a root refresh on the parked FG when the dispel hit. It was late at night and not many online so a quick /who showed Iolz and Blitz in zone, both of which I assumed were up in the castle. I can dig around a bit and try to find logs of this. It was probably 5-7 days ago maybe...not exactly sure RL been busy this week.
