Can someone please explain to me: What is the significance of posting a Justin Bieber picture in an internet thread such as this?
I've gotten a few of those on threads I've made, and I'm not sure, but I think it might be an attempt to be edgy or inflammatory or something. Can't tell, though.
Maybe it's just one of those "
