I am not saying Azraels the good guys, I am just saying we don't mass recruit everyone to raid 30 hrs a week just to gear up a bunch of nobodies.
That's the template for Nihi that's been done for years - if people wanted that they'd just join Nizzar who was probably more reliable and consistent than any other guild leader I've seen.
