Sirken not only helped to set up this meeting, helping to choose a date and time as well as being on the phone with Unbrella when we made the decision to attempt to mediate their dispute, and was also present for the entire discussion, being an integral part of the final decision to remove BDA from a RNagafen. Clearly being "browbeaten" when we are asked all of one time to set this up while working out another dispute involving TMO.
