Yea as much as FTE is a headache for CSR it has proven at ragefire that its not something you can "lock down" easily or at least anywhere as easily as you can afk at something for X hrs and then click click click, sit afk for X hrs.
(please don't take this as a challenge you locker-downers, you) :P
This would be un-classic, but a random spawn in an 8 hr window would force people to have to camp it. But FTE would be easiest to implement for staff.
