I grinded this out at the start of this year, it did take quite a while. There were 3 NPCs I farmed in Toxx. 2 of them were roaming Erudin Emissarys near the druid rings. The other is Shintar Vinlail, a low level male Erudite that spawns across the river from the druid rings, and roams straight out away from the river.
PS: An erudin emissary on the wiki doesn't show any factions, but I'm pretty sure this is one of the things I killed. Sorry if I'm mistaken. :X
