Supposed to be a shaman, which he apparently isn't (casted nothing, just meleed with his nifty spear). Spawns in Najena near the guard captain.
EDIT:
Oewait nvm, he was just neglecting his casting duties for some odd reason. The big lug spammed healing last fight, so he is a shm. =X
