I am getting the same error and having difficulty figuring it out. It happens just after server selection, before character selection. Error comes up as loading screen pops up and progress bar reaches maybe 10%.
Well, I got in, played for a bit, was disconnected, and now I cannot get in with same error. I tried uninstall/reinstall, updating drivers, resolution changes, a mouse, still nothing seems to be fixing it.
