The 51-54 spells you'll be able to find dirt cheap, 200pp or less. However, the 55-60 spells are going to be ridiculous. Nobody really farms the 55-59 spells (level 60 spells are actually way more common because dragons drop them).
Your best bet is to get a group together to kill reavers in CoM. The drops aren't common but it's probably the best 1 groupable thing you can do. You can really do it pretty easy with a tank/cleric/rogue, could probably druid heal it with a good tank.

This guy's advice is spot on. I've solo healed reavers plenty of times as a druid, you just want to find a 50+ group with an enchanter or bard and you're in like flint. As a bonus there's some pretty decent drops you can pick up along the way if your group is high enough level (sell me a MoSS please thanks!)
