I would never buy computer hardware used, you have no idea what could be wrong with it. A rig might seems like it's 100% fine but until you put it under some load you don't really know what's wrong with it or how well it was treated. GL bro. I wouldn't even count on a rig I built to last more then 4-5 years without some kinda of hiccup, so who knows whats about to go.
If you're buying individual components, judge the book by its cover. I've never bought a bad component that hasn't lasted me until i re-sold it, or put it in my storage room. Ended up buying a motherboard and cpu from a guy who ended up having a brand new subaru, at the time it was still a 30k car. Completely trusted the guy. Ended up re-selling that mobo/cpu in a computer 3 years later for five times what i invested in it. Of course sold it to a stoner that came by to pick it up on a mountain bike lol, was probably alarti.
