Cheating is a relative term. One that only you can really quantify. If it bothered you enough to post on an internet forum, seeking advice, I'd say it bothered you enough to call it cheating.
For one, if she's even willing to consider sticking anyone's dick in her mouth but yours, then then she's probably cheating anyway. Or at minimum capable of cheating.
Second, if she's willing to do it to a stranger, with a room full of people looking on...man, I don't know how to elucidate how icky that makes me feel.
Thirdly, if her friends are also doing it, then she needs new friends that know whats appropriate social behavior. Or maybe that's cool with them, either way it clearly wierded you out.
I'd wish her the best with her new oral herpes and bounce.
