First off, go to your EQclient.ini and try windowedmode=true with a safe resolution. Does this work? I'm assuming you installed your video card drivers.
Also try a new shortcut.
Right click eqgame.exe, create shortcut, then add patchme in the target box, or edit the launch titanium.cmd and remove the "start"
