They did the math in Quebec, we have a 100 times the potential for wind power as we are producing from Hydro-electricity right now, and we are exporting electricity, to New York mainly. The problem is corruption and vested interests with make any such change harder than it should be.
Yeah some wackjobs think the risks arent worth something like Fukushima and Chernobul when there are alternatives.
