I set my Rod of Insidious Glamor to a hotkey and bind it to a thumb button, being able to clear GCD quickly can save a life.
I don't think you'll be able to find a insta-click for less than 800pp (rod), but while you're leveling you might get incredibly lucky in the Lake of Ill Omen and score one of these:
