fwiw, the spiders in Toxx Forest, aside from dropping poison sacs, are also nice enough to bottle their poison for you if you kill enough of them. Unsure if that is classic or an option for you but if you needed some spider poison pre-bottled it's there. It does not show up on the wiki as dropped by the spiders tho.
