The only reason it's in the DSM is because there's no better place to put it because ya'll are a bunch of fucking bigots.
Why would they recommend the surgeries and hormones and therapy and living as your identity if it didn't lead to a functional life style, there for no longer a DSMV issue.
I mean I guess technically the in ability to function as the gender your assigned by the rest of the world is a DSM, but thats not because being the other gender is a problem.
It's really a DSM label for the rest of the world IMO.
