I am not saying this guy is innocent or not. Who knows for sure. But I have a IP exemption with my son and he is TERRIBLE for going afk for phone calls from his girlfriend, friends, going to take a crap for 15 minutes at a time, etc. you name it. I am amazed we haven't been banned.
I used to 6 box on live and loved it. Getting way too old to do that anymore, but I can see the Devs not wanting it on here, but boxing was classic like it or not. It would suck to get banned if you were innocent so it is sort of a he said, she said, thingy for sure.
I would be not be telling the truth if I said I never moved his toon out of harms way a few times when he was on the crapper. It is a slippery slope. But I hardly ever play anymore so no big deal to me.
