believe I still found this site after almost a decade. The ads are a bit annoying (they're new) and the formating isn't as good as it once looked, but this is THE BEST general guide to the enchanter class I ever read. I learned most of what I know from it, and in the day I was considered pretty good.
Best part is, this guide only goes to level 60. It's premised entirely on the original game. Hasn't been updated since about 2002 I believe. So for anyone looking for information on how to play a '99 style enchanter, I consider this essential reading. Enjoy.
