Thing is, Lite is too focused on himself to even see the big picture like Nizzar did so he was leagues behind Nizzar in terms of guild leadership. I thought Lite was more relaxed than Nizzar in general but globally more annoying because he sucks at leading and you have to double face palm again and again at unilateral decisions he would take.
