alt-O
click on display tab
set max frames per second to somewhere around 30 to 40

Thanks, I have noticed that turning around is a abit slower when close to a wall and what you sugest might increase smoothness. However since I play with a ps3 controller I want to speed it up even more but not the cursor since I have a hard time aiming with it as it is
