Guild leaders would need to cut off raids at 30 and lock TS channels once enough people were present. If the guild gets too big and players come late to a raid and don't have a spot, it will push guilds to not over recruit naturally.
Good luck trusting all the guild leaders to kick some "vet" with a huge ego from a guild raid because someone that just joined up last week took the last spot.
