About a decade ago I tried to get food stamps to help me out (single mother working full time with one child) because my ex was nowhere to be found and he wasn't paying any child support. I was literally told I make too much and that if I had more kids they would be able to approve me. It was said in such a way where it really felt like I was being encouraged to breed. Wtf is that shit about?
