Hmm i see alot of ppl WTS but the ppl buying offer/auction 60-67k.
My offer is 70k + extra fee if om delayed. À seller who needs 40k fast and Can live with 30k over à 6 weeks time shouldnt see this as à bad proposal.
I see 3 sellers everyday for 70-75k but tis not many buyers today?
