Send him a tell when you start to engage a raidmob and you will be safe. Perhaps they can help if you fail at mob.
That is an excellent idea to help new blue member guilds and former hokuten guilds to better staff and fun at red server. It's a chance to get much more player from blue to this server and it's a great example for play-nice.
