WTF do you think would happen a new hire in any occupation walked into a board meeting and started telling the execs everything they were doing wrong? They'd see if that person has some miracle suggestion and kick their ass out when they don't.

Again, you would be HARD PRESSED to find a game designer that doesnt respect her. She speaks at every GDC she organizes game jams accross the country and talks to designers across the world.
